When relocating a device to a new location you need to consider whether the device needs to be reconfigured so it works in the new location.

If the device needs to be reconfigured Ricoh will be happy to arrange a System Engineer to attend the new site to assist in reconfiguring the device. This will be a chargeable service.

Please ensure your IT technical resources are made aware of the relocation as they may be required to make changes to the network environment for the relocated device.
