The IM 460F provides a print speed of 46 ppm and brings versatility of A3 MFPs to a compact A4 form factor, including support for A3 printing, scanning, and faxing via the bypass tray and Single Pass Document Feeder (SPDF).
The IM 460F comes standard with a third generation 7” Smart Operation Panel, which features a capacitive touchscreen, faster CPU, and Android OS 10 for a smoother and more secure user experience. The Smart Operation Panel also provides the ideal platform to support solutions software, such as RICOH Streamline NX, as well as RICOH Smart Integration apps for smarter and more efficient workflows in the modern workplace.
Additionally, the IM 460F supports RICOH Always Current Technology, which keeps the device up to date with the latest functions and security patches via continuous updates.

Document Feeder Paper Guide Tray Type M54
Recommended for users who frequently load originals larger than A4 into the document feeder tray for scanning. Provides a more efficient way to scan larger originals than the standard built-in extendable tray. A3 scanning can still be performed without this option.
OCR Unit Type M54
Scans and creates searchable PDF files from hardcopy originals via Optical Character Recognition. Enables the creation of searchable PDF documents at the MFP.
PostScript3 Unit Type M54
Genuine Adobe PostScript 3 printer driver. Recommended for printing more complex documents.
IPDS Unit Type M54
Genuine Intelligent Printer Data Stream unit for use in AS/400 environments. It provides more accurate interpretation of IPDS data, which means less errors and faster file processing than emulations.
Device Server Option Type M54
An interface board used to add an extra Ethernet port to the device. Once installed, users can connect two Ethernet cables simultaneously—one to the device's Gigabit Ethernet port and one to the Gigabit Ethernet port of the Device Server Option.
NFC Card Reader Type M54
Ricoh card reader that supports authentication via Near Field Communication (NFC) technology. It can be used with Ricoh devices that are equipped with a Smart Operation Panel that has standard authentication embedded.
